Get help from the practice

Send us a medical or admin request online. We reply within one working day. Urgent requests sent before 11am are usually dealt with the same day.

You will be asked a few questions. A clinician reads every request and contacts you by phone or text.

Some problems are better seen by another service, often the same day.

Sore throat, earache, sinusitis, impetigo, shingles, an infected bite or a urine infection: A pharmacist can assess you and give you medicine today, without an appointment. Pharmacy First

Waiting for a hospital appointment: You can check waiting times and who to ring yourself. Your referral

When we are closed

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm. Evening and weekend appointments are available through Wigan GP Alliance.

Out of hours, use NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Changes to how you receive test results
Results are now sent by text or available in the NHS App. You do not need to ring unless we ask you to.
